AN EARTHQUAKE CAUSES HAVOC AND DEATH IN BEVERLY HILLS - In the season three premiere, Beverly Hills is rocked by an earthquake. Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) has spent the summer dealing with the aftermath of her rape by Mr. Cannon (guest star Hal Ozsan, "Californication"), Annie (Shenae Grimes) and Dixon (Tristan Wilds) are dealing with the absence of their father while Debbie (Lori Loughlin) tries to hold the family together. Teddy (Trevor Donovan) and Silver (Jessica Stroup) find themselves happier than ever until he suffers an injury that could end his tennis career. Navid (Michael Steger) welcomes Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) back from her summer tour with Javier (guest star Diego Boneta), but their arrival brings an unexpected death. Ivy (Gillian Zinser) and Dixon return from their summer vacation in Australia, while Annie and Liam (Matt Lanter) discover their friendship may be best if it ends. SEASON FOUR KICKS OFF IN THE CITY OF LIGHTS! OMP! - Blair (Leighton Meester) has spent a fabulous summer in Paris without realizing her former love, Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick), has been shot. As much as Blair tries to distract herself from the pain Chuck caused her, his mysterious appearance in Paris with a beautiful new woman (guest star Clémence Poésy) will force both of them to face what happened. Meanwhile, a newly single Serena (Blake Lively) has been enjoying a Parisian summer of love with boys, Blair and Balenciaga as she tries to avoid the inevitable decision about which of her two long-time beaus, Dan or Nate (Penn Badgley and Chace Crawford), she should return to. Back on the Upper East Side, Nate meets an intriguing girl, Juliet (guest star Katie Cassidy, "Melrose Place"), who helps him realize that his summer of sexual conquests with the help of Chuck's little black book was his way of avoiding his unresolved feelings for Serena. Meanwhile, Dan's (Penn Badgley) baby mama drama continues with Georgina (guest star Michelle Trachtenberg). Finally, the van der Woodsen apartment is buzzing with activity as the "Fashion's Night Out" event is planned. Jessica Szohr, Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle also star. CLAY AND QUINN'S LIVES HANG IN THE BALANCE - As the gang returns from Utah, Brooke (Sophia Bush) and Julian (Austin Nichols) are engaged, Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) learns that she is pregnant, Nathan (James Lafferty) must leave for training camp, and Clay (Rob Buckley) and Quinn (Shantel VanSanten) are assaulted and shot by Katie (guest star Amanda Schull). Jackson Brundage also stars. The episode was written and directed by Mark Schwahn (#801).

THINGS ARE HEATING UP IN PORTLAND FOR SEASON TWO OF THE CW'S CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED SOPHOMORE SERIES! - Cate (Shiri Appleby) and Ryan (Kerr Smith) return from their honeymoon only to discover that major changes have been made at the radio station in their absence. A very confused Baze (Kristoffer Polaha) struggles with his feelings for Cate, and ends up hooking up with the hot new bartender, Paige (guest star Arielle Kebbel, "The Vampire Diaries"), at his bar. Meanwhile, Lux (Britt Robertson) and Bug (guest star Rafi Gavron) find themselves at a major crossroads in their relationship. Shaun Sipos ("Melrose Place") guest stars as Eric, a newcomer to Portland who befriends Lux. Austin Basis also stars. FROM MODEL TO "GRAMMY GIRL" - During this week's challenge the girls head over to The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles where Neil Portman, President and CEO of The Recording Academy, reveals that one of them will be chosen to be a "Grammy Girl" during The 2011 Grammy Awards. During this week's photo shoot the models portray an iconic fashion designer for photographer Francesco Carrozzini, who is also this week's guest judge (#1507).

KATHERINE CHOOSES A NEW VICTIM - Despite Elena's (Nina Dobrev) efforts to keep Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) safe, he offers to help Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Alaric (Matt Davis) deal with Katherine (Nina Dobrev). Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) and Caroline (Candice Accola) share a few rare moments of quality mother/daughter time. Bonnie (Katerina Graham) accidentally discovers new information about Mason (guest star Taylor Kinney) and shares it with Stefan (Paul Wesley), leading Damon to take matters into his own hands. NIKITA DISCOVERS WHO KILLED HER FIANCE - A bus filled with Division recruits is attacked by terrorists who kidnap Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Thom (Ashton Holmes), both of whom are unaware that this is a test by Division. Percy (Xander Berkeley), Michael (Shane West) and Amanda (Melinda Clarke) watch as Alex is tortured. Alex breaks free and contacts Nikita (Maggie Q) for help. Meanwhile, Nikita has earned Owen's (guest star Devon Sawa, "Final Destination") trust and he reveals some devastating news to Nikita about her fiancé. Aaron Stanford and Tiffany Hines also star. Guy Ferland directed the episode written by Kalinda Vasquez (#106).

LOIS DECIDES TO TELL CLARK SHE KNOWS HIS SECRET - Lois (Erica Durance) decides to tell Clark (Tom Welling) she knows he's The Blur, but she accidentally activates an ancient artifact that transforms her into the Goddess Isis, complete with superpowers of her own. Oliver (Justin Hartley) and Clark reluctantly decide to ask Tess (Cassidy Freeman) for help with Lois. Meanwhile, after Cat Grant (guest star Keri Lynn Pratt) witnesses Lois as Isis using her superpowers, she decides Lois is the Blur and sets out to prove it. James Marshall directed the episode written by Genevieve Sparling (#3X6005).

DEAN IS TURNED INTO A VAMPIRE - After a group of young girls go missing, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) realize that a group of vampires have taken up residence in the small town. After a fight with two of the blood-suckers, Dean is bitten and turns into a vampire. Samuel (guest star Mitch Pileggi) tells Dean he can change him back but he'd have to get the blood of the vampire who turned him. Dean infiltrates the nest and runs into the Alpha. Jan Eliasburg directed the episode written by Brett Matthews (#606).
