MONDAY, MARCH 22

LUX, CATE AND RYAN GET IN TROUBLE WITH THEIR SOCIAL WORKER - After Lux (Britt Robertson) and Bug (guest star Rafi Gavron) are picked up by the police for a curfew violation, Lux's social worker decides it's time to meet with Cate (Shiri Appleby) and Baze (Kristoffer Polaha) to reevaluate their custody of Lux.  During a meeting with the social worker, Cate, Baze and Lux agree to put on a happy face to ensure that Lux isn't placed back in the foster care system.  Meanwhile, in an attempt to show Lux that she supports her, Cate offers to find Bug a job at her radio station, but winds up disappointing Lux once again.  Austin Basis also stars.  Michael Katleman directed the episode written by Deidre Shaw. DAMIEN PRESSURES JENNY TO SLEEP WITH HIM - Despite being grounded, Jenny (Taylor Momsen) continues to see Damien (guest star Kevin Zeggers) who tells Jenny that he wants to have sex with her.  Lily (Kelly Rutherford) tells Rufus (Matthew Settle) the big secret she has been keeping from him even though she knows it's a huge risk.  Dan (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) explore a new stage of their friendship.  Chuck (Ed Westwick) is forced to make an extremely difficult decision about his hotel.  Blake Lively, Leighton Meester and Chace Crawford also star.  Wendy Stanzler directed the episode written by Leila Gerstein (#315).

"What's Past is Prologue" (TV-14) (HDTV)

 

RUMER WILLIS AND GREG VAUGHAN GUEST STAR - Gia (Rumer Willis) encourages Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) to audition for a new band and admits she has a crush on Adrianna.  Dixon's (Tristan Wilds) birthmother, Dana (guest star April Parker Jones, "Jericho") drops by for a surprise visit and tries to develop a relationship with her son.  Silver (Jessica Stroup) and Teddy (Trevor Donovan) go on their first official date but Silver finds it difficult to deal with Teddy's playboy past and enlists Naomi's (AnnaLynne McCord) help to track his whereabouts.  Navid (Michael Steger) returns from his suspension to find that Naomi has started a gossip segment during Blaze News, which he adamantly opposes.  Navid decides to get back into he dating scene by asking Lila (guest star Amber Wallace, "The Vampire Diaries") out on a date, his first since breaking up with Adrianna.  Annie (Shenae Grimes) realizes that Jasper (Zach Sherman) has started following her around town.  Debbie (Lori Loughlin) confides in Kai (guest star Greg Vaughan, "General Hospital"), her yoga instructor, about the arrival of Dixon's birthmother.  Rob Estes also stars.  Norman Buckley directed the episode written by Daniel Arkin (#215).

AMANDA IS BETRAYED - Ella (Katie Cassidy) is a little overwhelmed by Jonah's (Michael Rady) constant attention and decides couplehood might not be for her.  Lauren (Stephanie Jacobsen) succumbs to Dr. Mancini's (Thomas Calabro) threats and David (Shaun Sipos) decides to buy Coal, but the price turns out to be a little higher than he thought.  Meanwhile, Drew (Nick Zano) moonlights in a band and Amanda catches Ben (guest star Billy Campbell) and Riley (Jessica Lucas) in a compromising position.  Miller Tobin directed the episode written by David Babcock (#114).

CYCLE THREE CONTESTANT TOCCARA JONES SURPRISES THE GIRLS - The girls receive a surprise visit from cycle 3 contestant Toccara Jones, who puts their fashion knowledge to the test.   This week's photo shoot is dance-inspired and forces the girls to pose while demonstrating their fancy footwork.  During panel, Wilhelmina Models President Scott Patterson joins the judges, and one girl decides whether she wants to quit the competition (1404).

MEET THE FIVE BEAUTIFUL VIRGIN AMERICA FLIGHT ATTENDANTS - In the series premiere of the new reality docu-series, five Virgin America flight attendants open the curtain on their lives - both in the air and on the ground.  Louise and Mandy are invited to a party by an IFB ("in-flight boyfriend") they meet while working a flight, while Tasha and Farrah prepare their crash pad for their controversial new roommate, Nikole.  The girls then fly to Ft. Lauderdale for an inauguration party filled with scandal (#101).

"A Few Good Men" (TV-14, DV) (HDTV)

 

MELINDA CLARKE ("THE O.C.") GUEST STARS AS MATT'S LONG-LOST MOTHER - Matt (Zach Roerig) and Caroline (Candice Accola) are surprised by the sudden reappearance of Matt's mother Kelly (guest star Clarke).  Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) are worried about Damon's (Ian Somerhalder) new attitude.  Damon is asked by Sheriff Forbes (guest star Marguerite MacIntyre) to take part in a fund-raising bachelor auction. Alaric (Matt Davis) discovers shocking secrets from his own past.  With help from Jenna (Sara Canning) and Stefan, Elena is determined to find out everything she can about her birth mother, but the truth may be more than she can handle.  Josh Butler directed the episode written by Brian Young (#114).

IT'S BOBBY'S WIFE! - Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate Bobby's home town where the dead are rising from the grave but instead of attacking humans, they are happily reuniting with their families.  The brothers turn to Bobby (Jim Beaver) for help but he tells them not to worry about it and to leave town.  Suspicious, Dean investigates and comes face to face with Bobby's dead wife (guest star Carrie Anne Fleming) who has no memory of what happened to her.  Once the zombies start turning evil, the boys tell Bobby he has to kill his wife but he refuses.  John Showwalter directed the episode written by Jeremy Carver (#516).
