JENNY'S KINDA-NOT-SWEET SIXTEEN / TAMARA FELDMAN & ARMIE HAMMER GUEST STAR — Serena (Blake Lively) decides to throw Jenny (Taylor Momsen) an intimate party for her sixteenth birthday, but things get way out of control when Poppy Lifton (guest star Tamara Feldman) turns the small gathering into a huge social event. In a moment of weakness, Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) agrees to help Chuck (Ed Westwick) with a scheme having to do with Blair (Leighton Meester) and Nate (Chace Crawford). Rufus (Matthew Settle) learns that Dan (Penn Badgley) will not receive financial aid at Yale and tries to figure out another way to cover the cost of his education. Kelly Rutherford also stars. LIAM (GUEST STAR MATT LANTER) IS THE NEW DYLAN MCKAY — In an attempt to get close to Liam (guest star Matt Lanter), Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) offers to be his math tutor, but she gets more than she bargains for when he takes her out for a wild night. Silver (Jessica Stroup) takes a class assignment a little too far when she creates a video that documents her love for Dixon (Tristan Wilds). When Silver screens the video for her fellow students, everyone, including Ryan (Ryan Eggold), is shocked when they see Dixon and Silver in an intimate situation. Upon seeing the reaction of everyone around her, Silver blames Ryan for the situation. Ethan (Dustin Milligan) and Annie's (Shenae Grimes) relationship remains rocky but more problems arise when Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) reveals that Rhonda (guest star Aimee Teegarden) and Ethan shared a kiss at the dance. Harry (Rob Estes) and Debbie (Lori Loughlin) are surprised to learn that Annie quit the school play in order to spend more time with Ethan. Tess reveals Davis' secret childhood with the Luthors and hints that she knows Clark's true identity. Meanwhile, Davis runs to Chloe (Allison Mack) for help. CHRIS STEALS HIS FATHER'S PLAYBOY MAGAZINE — After finding his father's Playboy, Chris (Tyler James Williams) decides to bring it to school, where bully Joey Caruso (Travis Flory) steals it. When Chris and Greg (Vincent Martella) attempt to get it back before Julius (Terry Crews) knows it's missing, things go from bad to worse and the school principal confiscates it. DREW AND HIS FRIENDS COMPETE IN BATTLE-OF-BANDS — When Drew (Drew Carey) and his pals hear about an upcoming battle-of-the bands contest, they re-form their musical group from high school, with Drew playing trumpet, Oswald (Diedrich Bader) playing trombone and Lewis (Ryan Stiles) playing drums. Oswald insists that Kate (Christa Miller) be allowed to sing with them, but unfortunately she is terrible. When the guys find out that their well-rehearsed high school rivals, The Underprivileged (members of the rock band The Reverend Horton Heat: Jim Heath, Jim (Jimbo) Wallace and Scott Churilla), will be competing, they tell Kate to quit, angering her. To support her, Oswald also leaves the group. But moments before Drew and Lewis embarrass themselves on stage, Oswald returns to perform with them, and Drew invites Kate to play tambourine. DREW'S JOB IS THREATENED — In order to improve the store's reputation, Mr. Wick (Craig Ferguson) orders his employees to volunteer on Saturdays at a decrepit nursing home full of cranky old people. When Drew (Drew Carey) is given the additional task of taking inventory at the store on Saturday night, he is glad to be away from the senior citizens. But the mischievous old folks, led by the impish Gus (Tim Conway, "The Carol Burnett Show"), want to get out of the nursing home for awhile. They convince Drew to take them with him to the store, where they set up situations and photograph them to make it look like Drew is forcing them to do his arduous work. The next night, well-known Cleveland, Ohio, news broadcaster Ted Henry (as himself) presents the "scandalous" story of Drew's apparent heartlessness. Mrs. Louder (recurring guest star Nan Martin) threatens to terminate Drew's job unless he convinces Gus to admit that it is all a lie. However, at the nursing home, donations from sympathetic television viewers have purchased many extravagant luxuries. Drew fails to intimidate Gus and the other residents into telling the truth.
