JASON ALEXANDER RETURNS FOR HIS SECOND EPISODE AS PRINCIPAL EDWARDS -- When Chris (Tyler James Williams) accidentally shows up for school on a "snow day," he and Principal Edwards (Alexander) are stuck with each other until they can reach Chris' parentsBack at home, Julius (Terry Crews) realizes that Chris is missing and sets out on foot to find him.  Meanwhile, when Rochelle (Tichina Arnold) finds herself the victim of a subway robbery, she can't help but give the criminal a piece of her mind - and she has plenty to say.  Tequan Richmond, Imani Hakim and Vincent Martella also star.  The episode directed by Jerry Levine was written by Ali LeRoi and Andrew Orenstein.  (#037)

ROBERT AND NEESEE SHARE CUSTODY OF THEIR HOUSE -- Neesee (LisaRaye McCoy) and Robert (Duane Martin) are both excited to learn that her new condo is ready, but Bobby (Khamani Griffin) tells them he doesn't want to go back and forth between houses.  Robert and Neesee decide that the only solution is for Bobby to continue living at Robert's home while he and Neesee take turns living in her condo.  Dirk (Tony Rock) is sent into a frenzy when Courtney (Laivan Greene) develops a crush on an older man from his office.  Alfonso Ribeiro directed the episode written by Arthur Harris (#413).

NFL LEGEND JERRY RICE AND LOS ANGELES SPORTS ANCHOR JIM HILL GUEST STAR AS THEMSELVES - Although The Sabers lose their game and are eliminated from the playoffs, Derwin's (Pooch Hall) performance earns him the attention of a high-profile manager.  Melanie (Tia Mowry) is shocked when Derwin considers a proposal that he be traded to a Chicago team.  Meanwhile, Malik (Hosea Chanchez), taking the game loss really hard, decides to write a rap to vent his feelings, and Kelly (Brittany Daniel) and Jason (Coby Bell) try to hide their feelings about losing the game.  Wendy Raquel Robinson also stars.   Arlene Sanford directed the episode written by Tim Edwards (#40596-013).

"I'd Rather Be In Philadelphia" (Content Rating TBA) (HDTV)

RICHARD IS HOSPITALIZED - In the hospital waiting room, Lorelai (Lauren Graham), Rory (Alexis Bledel) and Emily (Kelly Bishop) anxiously await word on Richard's (Edward Herrmann) condition.  When Logan (Matt Czuchry) hears what is happening, he borrows a helicopter to be by Rory's side, but Lorelai is unable to reach Christopher (David Sutcliffe), who is still angry over their fight the night before.  Upset by Emily's attempt to remain calm by dealing with her social calendar, Lorelai is relieved when Luke (Scott Patterson) shows up unannounced and volunteers to run errands for Emily.  Christopher finally arrives to be with Lorelai, but the scene at the hospital is more than he can take.  Lee Shallat Chemel directed the epis Titlode written by Rebecca Rand Kirshner (#2T7763).

VERONICA INVESTIGATES THE DRUGGING OF A PREGNANT TEEN - Veronica (Kristen Bell) is hired by Bonnie (guest star Carlee Avers, "Commander in Chief"), a promiscuous classmate, to find out who secretly slipped her RU-486, causing her to have a miscarriage.  The investigation leads her to the office of Bonnie's boyfriend, Tim Foyle (guest star James Jordan, "Without A Trace"), and while searching his computer, Veronica discovers Tim has uncovered a witness to Dean O'Dell's death.  Together, Keith (Enrico Colantoni) and Veronica visit Bonnie's father, a well-known televangelist, Reverend Capistrano (guest star Chris Ellis, "Ghost Whisperer").  Veronica confronts Logan (Jason Dohring) about sleeping with Madison Sinclair (guest star Amanda Noret, "7th Heaven") while they were broken up.  Percy Daggs, Francis Capra, Michael Muhney, Ryan Hansen, Tina Majorino, Chris Lowell and Julie Gonzalo also star.  Tricia Brock directed the episode with story by Jonathan Moskin and David Mulei and teleplay by Jonathan Moskin, Phil Klemmer and John Enbom (#3T5812).
