Andre Davis in “44400”

TL Thompson stars as Andre Davis, a WWI Army surgeon from the Harlem Renaissance who mysteriously reappears after being missing since the 1920s, in The CW’s reimagined sci-fi thriller “4400.”

Thompson’s career began in theatre where they starred on Broadway in “Straight White Men.” In 2020, Thompson won the Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience for their work on the Vineyard Theater’s “Is This A Room.”

On the small screen, Thompson’s other appearances include the Frameline Audience Award-winning short form series “These Thems,” as well as a recurring role in “The Hunted: NYCSS.”

Thompson also lends their voice to a new transgender character in the video game, “Magic the Gathering.”
