YASMINE AL-BUSTAMI
Sasha in “I Ship It”

In The CW’s musical comedy series “I Ship It,” Yasmine Al-Bustami plays Sasha, Ella’s close friend who is an actress, and Ella’s connection to her favorite show, “Superstition.”

Al-Bustami was born in Abu Dhabi and raised in Dallas, Texas. She is best known for her guest role on the hit CW show “The Originals.” She also stars in John Legend’s music video “Surefire.”

She recently wrapped production on the independent kiteboarding film “Send It!,” slated for release in 2020, and she recently starred in the Nerdist and Geek & Sundrys live streaming sci-fi series “Orbital Redux.” Additional television roles include “Nashville,” “Switched at Birth,” “The Inspectors” and “You Get Me.”
