Alex Danvers in “Supergirl”

Chyler Leigh currently stars on The CW’s hit series “Supergirl” as Alex Danvers. 

Audiences initially fell in love with Leigh in the role of Dr. Lexie Grey in the hit television series “Grey’s Anatomy.” Leigh had previously starred in several other television series including “The Practice,” “Girl’s Club,” “Reunion,” “That 80’s Show” and the Luc Besson produced series, “Taxi Brooklyn.” She also has been seen in The CW’s “Arrow,” “The Flash” and “Legends of Tomorrow.”

Additionally, Leigh starred in the cult classic feature film “Not Another Teen Movie,” alongside Chris Evans and Jaime Pressly.

Leigh and actor/musician husband, Nathan West, are Co-Founders of Charity Pulse, a solutions-based media company utilizing dynamic, compelling, and relevant content to place an altruistic spin on the world of entertainment. Charity Pulse sheds light on the passions and purpose behind some of the industry’s high-profile influencers in an effort to inspire their audience to discover its own path and make a positive impact in the world.

In her down time, Leigh loves spending time with her family, cooking, sailing, scuba diving, traveling, and supporting The Thirst Project, a non-profit organization determined to end the global water crisis, founded by close friend, Seth Maxwell.

Leigh grew up in Virginia Beach and Miami Beach. She and her husband have 3 children and a dog named Marley (as in Bob).
