A Halifax native, Cindy Sampson began her career in sketch comedy and was a regular on the series Sketch Troop, which led to performing and writing sketches and being a part of the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival.

 

Throughout her career, she has amassed over 60 film and television credits, including notable roles as ‘Lisa Braedan’ on The CW’s SUPERNATURAL, the demonic lead in THE SHRINE, and recurring roles in DURHAM COUNTY, DEPARTURE, THE SPENCER SISTERS, AND SULLIVAN’S CROSSING. Most recently, Sampson stars in the film SURFACING.
